Steve Rook

Steve Rook currently serves as President of the College of the Ouachitas and Chancellor of Arkansas State University Three Rivers, roles held since June 2016. With a strong background in student affairs, Steve Rook previously held the positions of Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs and Vice President for Student Affairs at Rich Mountain Community College from July 2000 to May 2016, and Associate Dean of Students at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from June 1994 to June 2000. Earlier in their career, Steve Rook was the Director of Student Activities and Organizations at Cameron University from May 1988 to June 1994. Educational qualifications include an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, an MS Ed in Student Personnel Administration from Eastern Illinois University, and a BS in Marketing from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Additionally, Steve Rook is currently pursuing studies at Vanderbilt University.
