A.J Daniels has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and organizations.

A.J began their career at NARAN in 1998, where they served as a COMPIS Database Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining patient medical records and ensuring compliance with state and federal reporting guidelines.

In 1999, A.J joined Arkansas State University as a Computer Support Specialist. A.J provided computer support to various departments and residence halls, building collaborative relationships with the Information Technology Services department.

Throughout their tenure at Arkansas State University, A.J progressed to the role of Technology Director. In this position, they provided information technology leadership to 16 departments and 12 residential areas. A.J supervised staff, interns, and work-study students, serving as a liaison between Student Affairs and Information Technology Services.

Subsequently, they became the Assistant Director of Information Technology Services and later the Associate Director of Admissions Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Compliance and Research Analytics at Arkansas State University.
