Mark Freier has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Mark began their career as a System Administrator at Liberty Banking Services, where they supervised personnel and directed daily processing for multiple clients. Mark then worked as a Help Desk Consultant at Keane, Inc, providing support for IBM's midrange computer systems and educating customers across the United States.

From there, Mark became a Help Desk Manager at Ritter Communications, where they designed a Help Desk process to improve response times and efficiency. Mark then moved on to Pinnacle Frames as an IT Analyst, where they maintained and improved their EDI order processing system and implemented a migration to the JD Edwards platform.

After this, Mark worked as an IT Consultant at Cook Systems International, developing programs for a 3PL client and automating AS/400 processing. Mark then joined Ginsu Brands as an IT Consultant, where they replaced a manual order entry system with an improved process and automated EDI processing.

Mark's most recent role was at Arkansas State University as the FAMIS Administrator and Associate Director of Physical Plant. In this position, they developed and managed the university's information system applications, set up and maintained databases, and developed Oracle reports for management decision making.

Mark Freier completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado in the years 1981 to 1983. Mark started their academic journey in the field of economics at Arapahoe Community College from 1978 to 1980.
