Mohammad Alam

Mohammad Alam is a Professor of Chemistry at Arkansas State University, where tenure includes roles as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor since June 2015, focusing on Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Medicinal Chemistry research. Prior to this, Mohammad served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Arkansas State University Jonesboro and as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University. Experience also includes a position as a Research Scientist at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where research involved the synthesis of Salinosporamide A analogues and anticancer studies. Mohammad holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University.
