Dale Manning

Dale Manning has extensive experience in support and advocacy roles, currently serving as a File Rabbit and Job Coach for the Arkansas Support Network since February 2020. Prior to this, Dale was actively involved with the NWA Center for Equality from October 2014 to September 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Peer Facilitator and Board Member. Additionally, Dale founded and presided over the Transgender Equality Network from March 2015 to January 2020, and provided consultancy services to TransHealth Arkansas from 2015 to 2020.
