Troy Scarbrough

Troy Scarbrough is the vice president at ARKUPS. Troy has also worked as a transmission engineer, meter/automation specialist, and engineer for other companies. Troy Scarbrough has also been an independent engineering consultant and a graduate assistant/electronics lab instructor.

Troy Scarbrough received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
