Lisa Gleason

Lisa Gleason has more than 10 years of experience in human resources and recruiting. Lisa is currently the People Operations Manager at Arkatechture, a software development company. Prior to their current role, Lisa was the Northeast Director of Internal Recruiting for Robert Half, a global staffing firm. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting for all Robert Half divisions in the northeast region of the United States. Lisa began their career in human resources as a Senior Admissions Advisor at AIU Online, where they were responsible for sales, recruiting and account management.

Lisa Gleason has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Roanoke College and a High School diploma from Holderness School.

Lisa Gleason reports to Katie Eagan, COO. They work with Judith Bernholc - Head of Customer Success, Gaurav Chadha - Senior Project Manager.
