Anna Li

Research Associate III Analytics at ArkeaBio

Anna Li has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Office Intern at Greater Boston Management in 2011 and as a Meal Preparer at Northeastern University Hillel in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Mail Deliverer for Northeastern University Mail Services. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant for the City of Boston. In 2016, they worked as a Lab Intern at Harvard Medical School and a Lab Intern at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, where they received training in tracing neurons in tracing software. Anna then worked as a Co-Op for Shire in 2017, where they performed E. coli cloning and purifications. From 2018 to 2021, they served as Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School. In 2021, they joined Evelo Biosciences as a Laboratory Technician and later became a Research Associate. There they supported and led efforts to characterize and improve manufacturing of extracellular vesicles at lab scale, used HPLC to understand the mechanisms to increase productivity and potency. Anna mixed media for fermentation. In 2023, they were hired as a Research Associate III Analytics at ArkeaBio.

Anna Li attended Boston Latin Academy from 2009 to 2013 and received their High School Diploma. From 2013 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Northeastern University.
