Felipe Medeiros

Felipe Medeiros has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as Business Director for Functional Additives at Arkema since December 2013, overseeing Organic Peroxides and Glasscoating businesses in Brazil and the Southern Cone, and managing a regional P&L of 130MM brl. Previous roles at Arkema include Business Unit Manager and Commercial Manager, focusing on sales and market development for various product lines. Prior to Arkema, Felipe worked at Solvay from January 2006 to December 2013 in various capacities, including Sales Development Manager and Account Manager, with a strong emphasis on market development in the Automotive and Chemical Processing sectors. Felipe holds a MSc in Materials Science and Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and an Engineering degree in Materials - Polymers from UFSCar, along with training at Cornell University.
