Fernando Accioly Menezes

Fernando Accioly Menezes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Fernando currently holds the position of Advanced Packaging & Converting North America Business Director at Arkema, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Project Management Officer (Ashland Integration) at Arkema from December 2021 to December 2022. From July 2019 to December 2021, Fernando was the Director of Strategy & International Coordination at Bostik.

Before their time at Arkema, Fernando worked at Imerys, where they held various leadership roles. Fernando was the Imerys Carbonates Vice President & General Manager from March 2016 to January 2019. Fernando also served as the Imerys Oilfield Solutions Vice President & General Manager from April 2013 to October 2017. Additionally, they held positions such as Imerys Performance & Filtration Minerals Vice-President & General Manager for Europe & Africa, Imerys Talc Europe Vice-President & General Manager, Imerys China Development Manager, General Manager Pigments for Paper India & Indonesia, Director of Operations at Imerys Tiles Minerals, and Project Manager for Strategy & Development. These roles spanned from 2003 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Fernando worked at A.T. Kearney as an Associate from May 2001 to October 2003. Prior to that, they were responsible for the Commonality Plan at PSA-Peugeot-Citroën from October 1998 to May 2001.

Fernando Accioly Menezes obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, between 1994 and 1998.
