Stefan Heglas

Stefan Heglas is a Senior Process Engineer at Arkema, with extensive experience in process optimization and engineering, including a focus on distillation processes and safety systems. Since March 2021, Stefan has led initiatives to investigate distillation tower flooding and enhance tower operating conditions through strategic upgrades. Previous roles at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Arkema highlighted skills in startup operations, technical support, and process safety improvements, including achieving significant reductions in system shutdowns and greenhouse gas emissions.
