Kelly L.

Kelly L. has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Kelly currently works as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer at Sapphire Copy, starting in 2023. Previously, in 2021, they held the same role at ARKH, where they also served as the Lead of Operations & Technical Writer. At ARKH, Kelly was responsible for creating day-to-day operations, creating technical white papers and updates, and organizing hardware manufacturing and supply chain logistics. Before ARKH, Kelly founded Cogitat Galt in 2020, where they worked as a Primary Consultant. In 2018, they joined Weatherford Aerospace as a Chemist and Process Engineer (QE), where they managed capital expenditure projects and used statistical methods to minimize variation in the chemical processing. Prior to that, they worked as an Analytical Chemistry Lab Assistant at AZYP LLC from 2012 to 2016, where they published innovative research and collaborated with a research team for enantiomeric separations. Kelly also briefly worked at Thomson Reuters in 2016 as part of the Intellectual Property and Science of Biologics team. In 2023, they briefly worked at WalkJogRun as a Fractional COO & Strategy Consultant.

Kelly L. has a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. Kelly also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, with a major in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies (Biomedical Engineering) and minors in Chemistry, French, and Anthropology.

In terms of additional certifications, Kelly obtained a Manufacturing Process Control I certification from MITx on edX in October 2020. Kelly also received an edX Verified Certificate for Supply Chains for Manufacturing: Capacity Analytics from MITx on edX in the same month and year. Furthermore, Kelly has a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yogali, obtained in August 2020. Kelly also completed a Chemical Processing: The Science and Engineering of Anodizing course through eQuaLearn in September 2018. Lastly, they obtained a Structure of Materials certification from MITx on edX in August 2020.
