Merav Shuval has extensive experience in various roles within the digital marketing and product management field. Starting in 2006, they held the position of Sales and Index department at yoram learning LTD, where they managed over 200 clients and supervised sales and customer service teams. From 2012 to 2014, Shuval worked as a Project Manager at Perelview - Spicy Internet LTD, overseeing cross-company projects and handling HR responsibilities. In 2015, they were a Product Manager at B-well group, responsible for managing service and operations departments for three websites and conducting SEO activities. During the same year, Shuval also served as the Digital Manager at Israel Railways Ltd., managing the company's digital assets and coordinating with service suppliers. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Altshuler Shaham, responsible for managing ongoing campaigns, coordinating with third-party providers, and utilizing analytics tools. Shuval then joined CEMEX in 2018 as the Cemex Go IL Manager, where they built a new department and managed the product, coordinating with various departments from different countries. Currently, they are the Head of the Product & Marketing department at Arkia Israeli Airlines, where they oversee the department and manages a team of four, coordinating between different departments for product management.

Merav Shuval holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, which they obtained from Sapir College in the years 2002-2005. In 2008, they earned an Associates Degree in Advertising & Marketing from Ramat Gan Academic College. Merav also pursued coaching studies at Yozmot College and at Gome - the Israeli Center for Mediation and Coaching in 2014. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained the Digital Transformation Specialist Certifications from BDO.
