Their responsibilities include handling communication with B2C and B2B customers, customer support, complaint management, order management, new customer registration, managing complaints, creating new products for the physical store, creating and updating styles on the website, generating KPI reports, and using various software and tools including Zendesk, SPY, Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel Microsoft, and Sitoo.

Line Riis Moesgaard Andersen attended Haderup Folkeskole from 2002 to 2011. Following that, they enrolled at Blidstrup Efterskole for the academic year 2011-2012. Lastly, Line attended Holstebro Handelsskole from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Salgsassistendt.

ARKK Copenhagen is a Nordic sneaker brand established by two Danish co-founders with a passion for streetwear style. ARKK Copenhagen was founded in October 2014 by two streetwear-loving childhood friends Kasper Høj Rasmussen and Thomas Refdahl. They previewed their first collection at July 2015 at SEEK Berlin to rave response. At launch in Sept2015, they successfully sold out within the first two weeks. Today, the ARKK squad includes their local team in Denmark and partner fam across the world. Designs are 100% made in Copenhagen, to fulfil a mission that continues to set this sneaker brand apart from the rest.
