Juliet Reed-Birks has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Juliet started their career at Hobbs Ltd, where they served as a Customer Service Team Leader from 2010 to 2012, overseeing the customer service and ecommerce teams.

In 2015, Juliet joined Christ the King College as Head of Drama, a role they held until 2020. Additionally, they served as a Drama Teacher and KS3 Coordinator English during their time at the college.

In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a PGCE in Pedagogy and Practice at the University of Sussex, specializing in secondary education and teaching. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they attended the University of Portsmouth to acquire a PGCert in Educational Leadership and Management, again specializing in secondary education and teaching. Additionally, they pursued further studies in senior leadership at the IOE - UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society, earning an NPQSL degree (current status).
