Anne-Gaelle Guesmi has diverse work experience in various companies. Anne-Gaelle worked at Arkopharma as the Global Brand Director Health and Beauty Brands, where they managed a team of over 15 people and was responsible for strategic marketing. Anne-Gaelle also worked as the Director of Innovation at Arkopharma. Prior to that, they were the CEO of ShareMyView. Anne-Gaelle worked at Healthy Group as the Marketing Manager for Pharmacie Aprium et Monge. Anne-Gaelle also worked as the Marketing Manager at Biocyte. Additionally, they worked at Roge Cavailles S.A.S - Bolton Group as the Chef de produits Rogé Cavaillès - Somatoline Cosmetic. Anne-Gaelle started their career at L'Oreal S.A. as an Assistant Product Manager and also had an internship at Decathlon as the Responsible Implementation Intern.

Anne-Gaelle Guesmi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in 2004-2005. Anne-Gaelle then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, completing it in 2006-2009.
