How You'll Make a Difference: 

Arkos Health is seeking an HR Generalist for the Gilbert, AZ market. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the daily duties including designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining human resources programs, policies, and procedures for the market location. Additionally, this role will maintain good communication and a positive relationship with all employees within the organization to promote employee satisfaction. This position will work together with the corporate HR Department to assist in departmental projects and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Addresses all HR functions for local office as well as assisting other sites as needed
  • Assists in designing, implementing, and administering of policies.
  • Advises managers and supervisors regarding appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Manages the HRIS, keeping accurate and complete records
  • Assists in creating relevant job postings and ensures a job description is available for every position posted
  • Performs research on market salary data and submits offer letters after approval
  • Oversees completion of all pre-employment  procedures in preparation for a smooth start date
  • Assists with onboarding/offboard process and ensures all new hires provide required documentation, sign of on required documents, and understand company policies and procedures.
  • Assists all levels of leadership with the administration of annual performance reviews.
  • Works in person on site to be available to support candidates, new hires, and existing employees

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/related field or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of employment law

  • Knowledge of workforce planning, hiring laws, compensation & benefits, employee relations Must have knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • PHR Certification preferred
