Praveen Jayakumar

Praveen Jayakumar, MD, MS, FACP, CPE, FAAPL, currently serves as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Clinical Officer at Arkos Health, focusing on population health within US Health Systems. Since December 2016, Praveen has also been a Senior Physician Advisor and co-founder of Edenbridge Health. Previous roles include Medical Director at Culinary Health Fund, where affordable healthcare was provided to a large participant base, and Chief Medical Officer at Culinary Health Center, which featured a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
