Erin Madden Ramirez has a long and varied work experience. Erin began in 1997 as the Associate Director of Information Systems at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater. In 2005, they became the Systems/Web Manager at Alaksa Center for the Performing Arts. In 2007, they held two roles, Box Office Manager at both the Dallas International Film Festival and Fort Worth Opera, where they also served as Systems Administrator, maintaining and troubleshooting ticketing and fundraising databases, performing data analysis and list generation, and marketing. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at PatronManager, where they held the roles of Client Project Manager, Data Project Coordinator, and Senior Data Specialist. In 2019, they joined Arkus, Inc. as an Engagement Manager and Implementation Specialist.
