Jacob Varela

Jacob Varela is a Salesforce Implementation Consultant at Arkus, Inc. since July 2025, with previous experience as a Salesforce Consultant at IntuEra Inc. and ANM. In these roles, Jacob has successfully implemented and optimized Salesforce products while leading projects from kickoff to closure, overseeing aspects such as design meetings, implementation planning, testing, training coordination, and support strategy. Jacob began a career in technology as an Applications Analyst intern at HP, where a structured onboarding program for new hires was created. Additionally, Jacob held a supervisory position at Boba Tea Company, managing store operations and employee adherence to policies.
