Gabriel Chavez Cavazos

Gabriel Chavez Cavazos has a long and varied work history. In 2004, they began their career as an IT Support at CEMEX. In 2010, they moved up to a Junior Developer/QA role at CEMEX, where they were responsible for testing systems development before release into production and contributed to the development of improvements in SQL databases for applications. In 2012, they moved to Infosys as a Software Engineer. In 2013, they joined Epicor Software as a Senior Software Engineer/Scrum Master, where they applied agile methodology to shorten cycle time and achieved product value. Finally, in 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at ArkusNexus, where they are responsible for the office's budget, reporting, planning, and auditing, as well as managing 250+ people on Software Development Teams.

Gabriel Chavez Cavazos obtained a BS in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a High School degree from the International School of Berne, Switzerland. Gabriel also holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2016.
