Josh Arceo has a diverse work experience beginning in 2013, when they began working as the Vice President of Business Development for ArkusNexus. In 2014, they took on the role of Engagement Manager for Playboy Enterprises, Inc. In 2018, they became the Product Owner for Wrethink, Inc. and in 2022, they returned to their previous role of Vice President of Business Development with michelada.io.

Josh Arceo received a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Evangel University between 1990 and 1994.
