Miguel Aguilera Toro is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Arla Foods Ingredients since March 2023, bringing expertise from previous roles, including a PhD and Research Assistant position at the Department of Food Science, AU FOOD, where research focused on protein interactions and microbiological influences on UHT milk quality.
