Christina Juel Hegaard

Christina Juel Hegaard is an experienced professional in change leadership, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Global Head of Change Leadership at Arla Foods since October 2010. In this role, Christina leads the global diversity and inclusion agenda and acts as an executive advisor on D&I strategy and execution. Previously, Christina held various managerial positions at Arla, focusing on business change management and communication strategies for major application projects. With a background in communication and organizational change management, education includes an Executive Business Education from DTU and an MBA in Communication from Aalborg University, complemented by certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Psychology. Christina's career also features advisory roles and initiatives aimed at enhancing change management practices and employee engagement within organizations.
