Jan Nørgaard

Jan Nørgaard has extensive work experience in various roles within the dairy industry. Jan started their career in 1982 as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Mejeriselskabet Danmark Amba and later transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer at Danmælk Amba in 1990. In 1992, they joined Mejeriernes Produktionsselskab Amba, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer until 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer - Supply Chain DK at Arla Foods. Following that, they worked as the Finance Manager - DK division (2003-2007), Sales Support Manager (2007-2011), and Sales Development Manager - DK division (2012-2018) at Arla Foods. Currently, they are appointed as the Head of Product Data Management at Arla Foods. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in finance, sales, and product data management.

Jan Nørgaard completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Aarhus University between 1982 and 1986. Later, in 2016-2017, they pursued a Development Consultant & MasterCoach program at Bladbjerg & Kibsgaard.
