Global Vice President Arla Brand at Arla

Katie Reed has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Katie started their career as a Marketing Intern at Mattel, Inc. in 2001. Katie then worked as a Brand Manager at Salton Group from 2003 to 2005. After that, they joined Jordans Dorset Ryvita as a Brand Manager for Ryvita from 2005 to 2007, and later became a Senior Brand Manager for Ryvita from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Katie joined HJ Heinz as a Senior Brand Manager and worked their way up to become a Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2011. Katie then served as a Marketing Controller from 2011 to 2012, and finally as a Marketing Director for Heinz Beanz and easy meals from 2012 to 2015.

Since 2015, Katie has been employed at Arla Foods, where they initially served as the Senior Category Development from May to August 2015. Katie then became the Marketing Director for Cheese & Digital from August 2015 to December 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Katie held the position of Vice President of Arla Brand Europe. Currently, they are the Global Vice President of Arla Brand, a role they have been in since January 2022.

Katie Reed attended The University of Huddersfield from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Marketing, specifically focusing on Marketing, Retail, and Distribution.
