Lasse Sørensen

Lasse Sørensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the food industry. Currently serving as Associate Director and Regional Lead for Capital Investment Projects at Arla Foods since March 2015, Lasse manages a team of engineering project managers, overseeing the CAPEX project portfolio across Danish sites. Previous roles at Arla Foods include Operations Manager and Project Manager, where Lasse led significant operational divisions and engaged in people management. Earlier experience includes internships at GRUNDFOS Holding A/S focused on operational LEAN improvements and a background as a mentee in various capacities. Lasse holds a Bachelor's Degree in Global Management and Manufacturing and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, both from Aarhus University.
