Prior experience at Nestlé spanned over a decade in various engineering roles, culminating in the position of Engineering Manager for the Aero, Bubbles, Melts, and Buttons Manufacturing and Packaging Factory. Matthew's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, along with higher national and certificate qualifications in General Engineering.
