Nikolaj Høstmark Petersen

Nikolaj Høstmark Petersen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nikolaj Høstmark began their career in 1997, serving as a Private in The Danish Defense for a year. Nikolaj Høstmark then worked as a Cashmanager for Isis Is ApS from 2000 to 2002. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Pizza Hut for a year. Petersen joined Arla Foods in 2004 and held various roles, including Cashmanager Assistant, Project Manager and Solution Owner, Senior Project Manager with a focus on SAP Treasury, and Head of Continuous Improvement Department. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Senior Project Manager at Dansk Supermarked. In 2016, they returned to Arla Foods as the A2R Developer. Petersen's next role at Arla Foods was the Head of Employee Experience in Global HR from 2017 to 2022. Nikolaj Høstmark is currently working as the Head of HR Technology at Arla Foods since November 2022. Additionally, they served as the Chairman of the Board at Kalø Golf Club from 2018 to 2019.

Nikolaj Høstmark Petersen completed their primary school education at Laursen from 1989 to 1993. Nikolaj Høstmark then pursued a degree in Economics at Aarhus Koebmandsskole from 1993 to 1997. Afterwards, they attended Aarhus University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics.
