Signe Rydtoft

Signe Rydtoft is a Senior Scientist at Arla Foods amba's Innovation Centre, specializing in ingredient and enzyme innovation within the dairy industry. With a decade of experience, Signe excels at connecting various disciplines to achieve impactful results. Signe holds an MSc in Molecular Nutrition and Food Technology from Aarhus University, complemented by earlier degrees in Agriculture, Food and Environment, and Water and Environment. Signe has contributed to applied innovation, reflected in two patent applications, and has held roles such as Research Scientist and R&D Manager in Food Chemistry.
