Leandro Vasconcellos

Leandro Vasconcellos has extensive experience in the rubber industry, currently serving as Site Manager and Executive Manager for Tire & Specialty Rubbers at ARLANXEO since February 2011. Leandro's previous roles at ARLANXEO include Head of Manufacturing and Operations Manager for the Nd-PBR project, as well as Senior Process Specialist. Prior to joining ARLANXEO, Leandro held the position of Plant Manager at LANXESS from October 2003 to January 2011 and worked as Production Manager at Industrias Micheletto S/A from January 1989 to October 2003. Leandro holds an MBA in Business Management (2008-2009) and an engineering degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering (1995-2001) from Unisinos.
