Martin Sliwka has a diverse work experience in various companies. Martin is currently the Head of PMO & Integration Management (IT) at ARLANXEO, where they are responsible for integration management and leading the S4Hana upgrade project. Before that, they worked at Capgemini as a Managing Enterprise Architect, where they designed and managed improvements/extension and roll-outs of a global order entry solution for a pharma customer. Martin also managed the implementation of the global O2C template and mentored junior consultants.
Prior to Capgemini, Martin worked at Bayer Business Services as a Lead Consultant, where they implemented a new global order entry OCR solution and introduced the global O2C template to multiple countries. Martin also served as the IT O2C Stream lead in a carve out project for a part of the pharma business.
At DPDHL IT Services, Martin worked as a Managing Consultant and designed and implemented a new order/billing platform based on SAP Hybris Billing/SAP ERP.
Earlier in their career, they worked at SGL Group - The Carbon Company as a Senior Consultant SAP SD/GTS, managing various projects including the implementation of a global CRM and a demand planning solution.
Martin also has experience as a Senior Consultant SAP SD/CS at HAZET-WERK Hermann Zerver GmbH & Co. KG and as an SAP Consultant at clavis berater sozietät Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
Martin Sliwka obtained a Dipl. Business Informatics degree in Business informatics from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg in 2006. Martin also holds several certifications in various fields, including Ganzheitliches Organisationsdesign und strategische Prozessoptimierung from Haufe Akademie, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and Creating a Product-Centric Organization from LinkedIn, among others.
