Michel van Boggelen

Michel van Boggelen has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Michel started their career at DSM Elastomers, where they held various roles including Associate Scientist and Product Development Specialist. In these positions, they worked on product development, recipe optimization, and technical sales. Michel also served as a member of the Works Council, where they advised on organizational changes and participated in negotiations with management.

In 2010, Michel joined ARLANXEO as a Global Product and Quality Manager. Michel was responsible for managing the global product portfolio and product quality for LANXESS Elastomers. Michel'srole included overseeing product specifications, implementing improvement initiatives, and managing complaints. Additionally, they played a key role in the market introduction of new technologies.

In 2018, Michel was promoted to Head of Global Quality Management at ARLANXEO's business unit High Performance Elastomers. In this role, they led a global quality team and was responsible for both proactive and reactive quality management. Michel worked towards achieving automotive norms and implementing industry standards at various sites.

In September 2020, Michel transitioned to the role of Head of Global Product Quality Management at ARLANXEO, where their responsibilities include continuous improvement management and ensuring quality initiatives across the organization.

Michel van Boggelen had earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from Hogeschool West Brabant - HLO, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
