Sander de Grood

Sander de Grood has extensive experience in various HR roles and consultancy positions. Sander currently serves as the Head of HR Netherlands & Global HRBP - Functions at ARLANXEO, where they are responsible for the HR business partnership for a large employee population across different regions. Prior to this, they worked as an External HR Advisor/HR Consultant at Corporis Medical/Health Value Creations BV and as a Sr. HR Business Partner at TecAlliance. Sander also has experience as a Founder/Owner of Monsieur Le Grand interim HR, where they took on multiple ad interim roles and freelance assignments for various organizations. Additionally, Sander has worked at SABIC as an HR Business Partner and Corporate Recruiter, as well as at Vitae as the Manager of Interim Professionals and Consultant for Werving & Selectie. Before entering the HR field, they worked as a Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, and Sales Trainer at Fitness First/Il Fiore Health Centers.

Sander de Grood completed their Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2001. Sander then pursued a Master's degree in Business and Management Sciences with a focus on Implementation & Change Management at Open Universiteit from 2003 to 2012. From 2013 to 2015, Sander de Grood studied HR Leadership at UHasselt. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications including DiSC Certification from www.team-focus.nl, Insights Discovery from Insights, and The Root, Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) by International Coach Federation (ICF) from The Coaching Square NL.
