Ryan Gauze

Ryan Gauze has had a diverse range of work experience. Ryan worked as an HVAC Division Leader and Installation Manager at Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they were the HVAC Service Manager and HVAC Installation Manager at Comfort Heating and Air from 2015 to 2018. Ryan also worked as a Commercial HVAC Installer at GreenBox Heating & Air from 2014 to 2015 and as an HVAC Installation Manager at Montie Mechanical from April 2014 to September 2014. Before entering the HVAC field, Ryan was a Heating Air Conditioning Technician at Fayette Heating & Air from March 2012 to April 2014. Ryan also has experience as a Company Owner at T and K Signs and Window Tinting from November 2010 to March 2012.

Ryan Gauze has a background in the field of Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician. Ryan obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they completed a program at Bluegrass Community and Technical College, receiving certifications in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Mechanic [Journeyman], Domestic Air Conditioner and Furnace Installer, Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Mechanic, Top Gun HVAC Technician, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump, and R-410A Certification. In 2014, Ryan also obtained certifications for Environmental Control System Servicer and Environmental System Repair Helper from Big Sandy Community and Technical College. In 2017, they became a Kentucky Master HVAC Contractor. Additionally, Ryan obtained certifications in Spacepak Installation from The Reed Institute in 2019 and in Leadership For Managers from Nexstar Network in 2022. Ryan is currently working towards a certification in Service Management from Nexstar Network, which they are expected to complete in February 2023.
