Ryan Houlehan

Ryan Houlehan has over 10 years of experience in the plumbing, heating, cooling and electric industry. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric, where they served as a Technical Advisor and Field Service Technician. In their role as Technical Advisor, they were responsible for training and aiding a team of 6-8 technicians in best practices and on-site technical help. As a Field Service Technician, their goal was to provide world-class service to both clients and team members. From 2013 to present, they have been employed at Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, where they have held various roles, including Training and Development Manager, Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager, and Service Manager. In their role as Service Manager, they oversaw the HVAC Service technicians and HVAC Dispatch team, ensuring they received the best available technical and soft skill training weekly.

Ryan Houlehan attended Covington Catholic from 1999 to 2003. Ryan then attended Ultimate Technical Academy, where they studied Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician.
