Katherine Magruder

Katherine Magruder has over 20 years of work experience in the financial and mortgage industry. Katherine currently holds the position of Vice President of Lending at Arlington Community FCU since September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Real Estate at the same company from June 2018 to September 2020. Katherine also worked as the Director of Client Services at Lenderworks from November 2017 to June 2018. Previously, they held the role of Vice President Retail Originations at PenFed Credit Union from February 2016 to November 2017. Katherine also has experience in executive roles, serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Credit Union Mortgage Assoc. from February 2010 to February 2016 and as the Director of Operations from February 2007 to February 2010. Katherine began their career as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor at First Horizon Home Loans in 2004 and as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Countrywide Home Loans from 2001 to 2004. Prior to entering the finance industry, they worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the American Embassy in Bucharest, Romania from 1999 to 2001 and as a Redemption Department Manager at Breen Capital Group from 1997 to 1998. Katherine started their career in the banking sector as a Mortgage Servicing Specialist at Justice Federal Credit Union from 1994 to 1997.

Katherine Magruder attended Towson University from 1992 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics.
