Kenricka Gardner

Kenricka Gardner, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Member Experience at Arlington Community Federal Credit Union since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kenricka held various positions at APG Federal Credit Union, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Remote Services, as well as Area Manager and Member Service Center Manager from July 2015 to March 2023. Kenricka also gained experience at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Contact Center Operations Supervisor from March 2013 to July 2015, at Wells Fargo as a Lead Teller from June 2012 to February 2013, and at Bank of America as a Merchant Teller from January 2011 to June 2012. Kenricka holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
