Destiny Esper

Destiny Esper, MSOL, currently serves as the Strategic Communications Manager at Arlington Economic Development, where responsibilities include developing impactful communication strategies and shaping messaging for leadership. Previous experience includes directing communications and community engagement at Commonwealth Academy, and holding positions in communications management at The Pingry School and National University. Destiny Esper has a strong background in marketing communications, having worked as the Director of Marketing Communications for NVS Marketing Company and as a Marketing Content & Media Manager for AccuSource, Inc. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from National University, graduate studies in education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Journalism from Franklin College, and a semester abroad in African Studies at the University of Ghana.
