Cheryl B. Randle

Cheryl B. Randle, MSIDT, BCASE, serves as a Special Education Instructional Specialist at Arlington ISD since August 2020, providing coaching support at the campus level and analyzing data to enhance curriculum effectiveness. Past roles include Behavior Specialist, where Cheryl supported teachers with behavior and SEL strategies, and a distinguished Elementary Educator, recognized as the Teacher of the Year for the 22-23 academic year. With extensive teaching experience across various organizations such as Lena Pope and Fort Worth ISD, Cheryl possesses a robust background in behavior management, instructional design, and data analysis. Cheryl's education includes a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University and certifications in alternative teaching and mindfulness yoga, contributing to a well-rounded approach in educational settings.
