Kelsey Duggan

Kelsey Duggan is an experienced educator currently serving as a Fourth Grade Classroom Teacher at Brackett Elementary School in Arlington Public Schools since September 2019, with prior roles as a Third and First Grade Teacher at the same institution. Kelsey has also worked as a K2 Classroom Teacher for Boston Public Schools, providing leave coverage, and completed a First Grade Internship at Ellis Mendell School. Earlier professional experience includes various positions at Northeastern University focused on alumni outreach, and roles at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund in special events development. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from the University of New Hampshire, along with Master of Education degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from Northeastern University.
