Raymond Ways-Ayala

Raymond Ways-Ayala is an experienced security professional with a strong background in school safety and protective services. Currently serving as the Lead School Safety Coordinator at Arlington Public Schools since June 2022, Raymond supervises multiple security teams, reviews and updates standard operating procedures, and conducts security assessments.
