Deborah Halsey

Deborah Halsey is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions during significant organizational changes. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Arlington Resources since October 2013, Deborah has directed HR operations for a marketing services organization focusing on acquisition and transformational change. Prior to this role, Deborah was the Director of Human Resources at Central Garden and Pet, where leadership supported the merger of two companies into Central Life Sciences. Additionally, Deborah held HR leadership positions at Reed Elsevier, overseeing a team that supported strategic growth in the publishing sector, as well as at Food Service Professionals and Ceres Food Group, managing HR for large-scale food service operations. Deborah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ball State University.
