Victoria Kinniburgh

Victoria Kinniburgh has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at York Region since April 2019. Prior to this role, Victoria held multiple positions at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) from October 1996 to June 2018, culminating as Senior Manager, Human Resources, where responsibilities included leading an HR department, managing health and safety programs, and coaching leaders on employee relations. Victoria has also played pivotal roles in performance management, workplace harassment investigations, and disability management. Additional experience includes roles as Manager and Supervisor of HR and Safety, and Human Resources Associate. Victoria holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Arts from York University.
