Michael Lake is an accomplished soccer and futsal professional with extensive experience in coaching and player development. Currently serving as the Assistant Football Coach for Arlington Soccer Association since March 2023 and taking on the role of Team Captain, Michael has contributed to the team's success by leading them to a division and regional championship title. As Chief Operations Officer at Inégalé and a professional futsal player for In10sity Futsal, Michael combines leadership and operational expertise. Previous experience includes playing at various clubs in Portugal, Brazil, and Sweden, as well as serving as a captain for Montgomery College's men's soccer team and Nervion AD's U-18 team. Michael's background reflects a strong commitment to community building, project management, and athletic performance.

The Arlington Soccer Association provides quality soccer programs and experiences for people of all abilities, backgrounds and financial means to encourage personal growth, promote a love for the game and advance soccer in Arlington and surrounding communities. The Arlington Soccer Association offers recreational and travel soccer, as well as a number of other camps, clinics and other programs throughout the year. Over 9,000 children take advantage of ASA programs each year.
