Armando Gonzales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Care Data Modeling Analyst and Operations Analyst at Arlo Technologies, Inc. since May 2022, Armando previously held multiple roles at VTech from March 2006 to April 2019, including Service Delivery Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Knowledge Engineer roles. At VTech, responsibilities included managing a team for technical content authoring and customer support across various sectors, overseeing vendor selection and performance, and implementing strategic training to enhance ROI and customer satisfaction. Earlier in their career, Armando served as a Trainer and Knowledge Engineer Lead at Stream International, where Armando developed training curriculum for customer service and product support. Armando is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Data Science for Business at Portland State University, building on prior degrees in Business Technology & Analytics and Business Administration.
