Dillibabu Rathinam

Dillibabu Rathinam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dillibabu began their career at The India Cements Ltd as a Trainee, gradually progressing to the roles of Assistant Officer and Officer. Dillibabu then joined IC Infotech as a Project Leader before moving on to Innasite Inc. as a Software Engineer. Rathinam's career took a significant leap when they joined NETGEAR, where they served in various management roles, including Senior Manager/Director of Cloud Operations and Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications Development. In 2018, they joined Arlo Technologies, Inc. as the Director/Senior Director of Cloud Engineering and currently holds the position of Vice President of Cloud Engineering.

Dillibabu Rathinam completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the University of Madras from 1995 to 1998. Dillibabu then pursued further education later in their career, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management Information Systems at Silicon Valley University from 2012 to 2013.
