Andrew McNeill

Andrew McNeill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andrew has served as the President & CEO of Arlon Graphics since 2016. Prior to that, they were an Advisory Board Member at United Steel from 2010 to 2018 and at Hubbard-Hall Inc. from 2009 to 2018. In 2013, they founded Living the Dream Growth Experts, where they provided strategic guidance, execution support, and leadership development programs for businesses worldwide. Andrew also served as the Turnaround CEO of PCI Medical in 2013-2014 and as the President and CEO of ORAFOL Americas from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they held various leadership positions at Reflexite Corporation, including Chief Operating Officer, Global President Reflective Products, and EMEA President Reflective Products. Andrew started their career as the Sales Director at Rocol Site Safety Limited.

Andrew McNeill completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham from 1981 to 1984. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained their MBA degree in Business from Alliance Manchester Business School between 1984 and 1986.
