Ben Towns

Ben Towns has a strong background in the animal and food production industry. Ben is currently serving as the Associate Vice President for the Americas at Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. for seven years, holding positions such as Director of Global Business and Global Business Manager in the Animal and Food Production division. Before joining Church & Dwight Co., Inc., Towns served as the Director of Sales & Technology at Landmark Services Cooperative from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they held roles as an Account Manager at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., a District Sales Manager at Boumatic, and a Dairy Nutrition Consultant at Land O'Lakes Purina Feed.

Ben Towns attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science - Natural Science. Ben then continued their education at the same university from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Dairy Science - Management. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Management.
