Matt Rosenberger

Matt Rosenberger is a Senior Membership Development Specialist at ARM Institute. Matt has over ten years of experience in sales and marketing. Prior to joining ARM Institute, they worked as a Sales Manager at Verizon for over eight years. There, they were responsible for leading a team of 8-10 sales professionals and helped launch and promote new connected devices and wireless technology solutions. Matt is an expert at application and integration of 4G LTE network into connected solutions for consumer, enterprise, and government channels.

As a sales team leader, Matt was tasked to inspire and coach the team to achieve challenging monthly sales quotas while providing the best customer experience on the planet. Matt also met with our sales team daily and weekly to discuss their performance and provide on the spot feedback on their sales interactions to close any gaps in providing best in class experience. As a sales mentor/coach, Matt is an expert at team selling, and partnering to achieve ultimate success. Prior to working at Verizon, Matt worked as a Marketing Specialist at a private company for two years.
